Vintage hand-pieced quilt top in the Jacob's Ladder pattern. This pattern isn't seen very often now, but it used to be popular a long time ago. We got this quilt top at an estate sale in Southeastern Missouri last fall. We soaked and gently washed it, and then let it dry on a line outside. The color change was miraculous. It is now bright and crisp. It measures about 66"X82" and will, without a doubt, make a gorgeous quilt when finished. You can see in the photos, there are a lot of threads. Also a tiny white spot on one of the blue squares, which could be detergent. Not sure. The last three photos most accurately represent the true colors of the quilt top. Please ask for additional information or photos. Thank you for your consideration.
