WHAT I CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1. Non-delivered package *If your order was shipped to the correct address you provided on your order and tracking shows delivered to the correct address. In this very rare case, you will need to contact your local post. 2. Delayed shipment *if I have shipped your order on or before the scheduled ship date of your order. Reasons for delay may be but not limited to customer not aware of my policies (due to not reading listing description or shipping/refund policies), postal service delays, basically anything beyond my control. There for I do not issue any refunds for orders not received on time, lost in transit, or delayed due to Canada Post/USPS. Please message me before you place your order.

All packages are shipped via Canada Post Standard Letters and Cards Mail (unless another shipping method is purchased). Per Canada Post shipping estimates, regular mail takes 3-5 business days in Canada, 5-7 Business Days in U.S.A, International 7-10 Business days. Once the package is given to Canada Post, delivery times become Canada Post's responsibility. If you need your items by a certain date, please message me before purchasing to ensure I am able to have it processed and shipped. I will provide you with a ship by date, but cannot guarantee the delivery date. Refunds cannot be given to orders that are not delivered by a specified date.

All of the items in my shop are “made to order”. I do not accept returns, cancellations, or give refunds on any of my items. Please read the listings carefully so you are aware of the processing times, materials, size, colors, etc. and message me with any questions before you place your order. I do not issue any refunds for orders not received on time, lost in transit, or delayed due to Canada Post.

Unless otherwise explicitly noted and confirmed, I will ship your package to the address exactly as it is provided in the “Shipping Address” field (please be sure to include full names/company names/suite number/apartment/etc). If an item is returned or marked as undeliverable even though I used the exact address provided, I assume no liability and will not be able to refund orders. Arrangements can be made to resend an order at the customer’s expense.

Any items damaged while in transit with Canada Post must be documented to me within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the shipping materials and damaged item(s) must also be attached.
