PLEASE! Make sure your address is correct with Etsy or Paypal if you use it! If you have recently moved, go into your account there and get that address changed everywhere it should be, as I can't be responsible if something goes to a wrong address.
I use Etsy labels for all US shipping, so make doubly sure your address is correct both places. If you would like shipping to a gift address, please send me a convo after your purchase.
I ship every other day for domestic packages. We no longer have weekend service in the village, so no Saturday mailing. International mailing takes a few extra days as I must travel to the next town for that mailing. I use International tracking numbers for your protection. PLEASE retain shipping emails from Etsy that you receive as I print your label-this contains your tracking number as well as the time and date I dropped off your package so you'll know it has left my hands.
You get tracking for free, but Insurance is optional. Please ask for it if you want it and we'll get it arranged via a separate invoice if needed.
I accept all kinds of payments by card through Etsy Direct checkout, no Paypal account needed. If you do have a Paypal account you'd like to use, you can use it through Direct checkout as well. Simple! Because of abuse by some, I have discontinued Reserve listings except for special shipping arrangements and custom work. I apologize for this, but non-pick-ups and other assorted problems makes this necessary.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
