This lovely old ribbon has been around a long time. I've been content to pull out the drawer and look at it from time to time, and wonder where Great Grandma got it, but I don't know what to do with it. You can use it for millinery, artistic designs evoking the Edwardian era, or gentle costuming. (It's fine and fragile. )
These five pieces of guazy pastel ribbons vary in width, and the total length is more than 8 yards. The pink is 56" long by 5 " wide; Pink with green strip is 40" long by 4 1/2 " wide; Ivory is 66" long by 4 1/2" wide; Green is 80" long by 5 1/2" wide. Yellow is 72" long by 4" wide.
For Christmas, you could loop these ribbons in a glass bowl with a few ornaments, until you decide what to use them for. There are some spots and uneven areas. As always, vintage items my be faded, with worn areas.
