When we list an item in our store, we estimate shipping cost based on weight and measurement of the item as well as packaging material and size of the box. Depending on the buyer's Zip code, the actual shipping cost may be lower or higher than originally estimated. Refunds will occur if the difference is more than $3.00 under the estimate. We ship the merchandise via USPS and sometimes FedEx.
Shipping Cost for Multiple Items If you are buying more than one item please contact us via email. Purchasing multiple items at one time saves money on shipping cost and the merchandise will be sent in as few boxes as possible.
Shipping Time We will ship purchased items within 3-5 business days via USPS/FedEx. Shipping time may vary for overly large or special packaged items.
If you are paying by PayPal please make sure that the address is correct because it is used as the shipping address.
Shipping Damage/Loss If your merchandise gets damaged during shipping, please photograph it and the original packaging to provide good documentation. Sometimes, the Insuring Agency requires the presentation of the box and packing material at the local Post Office. Please keep them until claim is resolved. If shipping with USPS Priority and Priority Express, insurance is included. It is NOT included with First Class or Ground shipping. If you choose to use the latter two options, Etsy does provide private shipping insurance at an additional cost to you that may be purchase on check out.
All packages have tracking, if your package is lost or delivered but disappears after delivery it is not ToutSuiteBoutique's responsibility. Please contact your local post office or law enforcement agency for assistance in these matters.
We accept PayPal, Etsy Direct Check Out and Etsy Gift Cards. A potential buyer does not have to have a PayPal account to use it. He/she can use "guest" checkout. Make sure your Pay Pal address correct.

Additional return information
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Since no one wants to return a special find, we always provide detailed descriptions and pictures of the items including any flaws. Since they are vintage pieces, there are usually some.
For your part, please check all the pictures carefully and do not hit the buy button unless you are absolutely sure you want it. You can always email if you have a specific question about a piece before you buy it to make sure it’s a keeper.
We also very carefully wrap your purchase to avoid breakage to ensure that your order arrives safely. If your package does arrive damaged, please save the box and all packing materials, as well as the damaged item, as you may need to take those to the post office in order to initiate a damage claim. Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged item, as well as send me photos of the item and packaging.
Remember once your purchase the item we are unable to cancel your order.
Most items are vintage, so please expect minor wear or scratches. Anything major will be pointed out. Since everything is sold in “As Is” condition, we do our best to highlight any imperfections.
We hand wash all items and do our best to get them “showroom” ready. In some cases, stains, odors, etc. are part of the charm and impossible to remove. Any such flaws will be noted in the description.
