Ready made items will be posted within 3 business days of payment being received. For custom made items an estimated despatch time is given in the item description. All items are sent via Royal Mail Standard Class.
If an item is eligible for free UK delivery, this will be stated in the item description.
For international customers there may be local custom duties, import taxes or other fees. These charges are applied by local custom offices and are beyond my control. Please contact your local Custom Office if you require further information about these charges.
I accept payment by Paypal or Etsy Direct Payment, both methods accept major debit and credit cards. I also accept Etsy Gift Card.

Change of Mind Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Once you have received your goods if you are not completely satisfied the goods can be returned unused within 14 days, for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery costs. This does not apply to custom orders, including cut fabric. Custom orders are only eligible for return if they are faulty or damaged in transit.
Returned goods must be in its original condition and returned to us at the address shown above. Used items cannot be returned; fabric must not be washed or altered in any way. Used items that are returned will not be refunded.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery with sufficient insurance. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. Refunds will only be issued when the returned goods have been received and checked by us.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us (either via a personalised pre-paid envelope and return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). To obtain a return envelope please use Etsy Contact Shop Owner or telephone 020 8252 3461 and leave a message. We check all goods returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the goods and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.
Lost/Undelivered In the unfortunate event that your goods do not arrive, please use Etsy Contact Shop Owner or phone 020 8252 3461 and leave a message. When confirmation of non-delivery has been received from the postal service a full refund or replacement will be issued.
