This is truly one of my favorite papers! It's a very thin, strong and crisp paper.
The kozo bark is imported from Thailand.I cook, clean and beat the bark (by hand) into pulp.
Abaca is a very strong verstile pulp from the banana leaf. It's commonly known in the international trade as Manila Hemp and is considered the strongest of natural fibers. The abaca pulp is machine beaten.
I combine both beaten pulps for this paper. And then the pulp's dyed with color fast cold water dyes.
It works beautifully in collage, drawing, handmade books, scrap-booking, printmaking, and love notes.
Listing is for 10 small sheets of paper, each measuring 3 x 5 inches.
