All items listed are in stock and ready to ship unless specifically noted in item details. Orders are shipped every 1-2 days, generally Monday, Weds and Friday and sometimes Saturdays. Shipping upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available on most listings for an additional fee. Express Priority and Fedex services are also available. Convo for pricing. Upgraded shipping does not mean a faster handling time. 1-2 day handling time still applies. But if you need your order out the door ASAP just convo. I will do my best to accommodate urgent requests.

As pictured. Cute. I tested the buttons for color fastness and ability to get wet. I feel confident that they can manage handwashing without problem, though I wouldn’t leave them soaking

General info:
~You, the buyer, are responsible for providing a correct shipping address to Etsy. Lindsay Streem DIY is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable mail due to address errors, typos or old addresses entered by mistake.
***DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS before hitting submit order. If you notice an error in your address after the order has been placed please CONVO immediately with the correction. Packages returned to sender will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment (less shipping fees).

~Orders are shipped every 1-2 days Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays. If you have not received a shipping confirmation in 3 days feel free to contact me for more information. Please keep in mind the time you place your order! If you place your order at 7pm EST on Friday your package might not go out until Monday morning.

-Shipping upgrades impact delivery time NOT handling time. Every effort will be made to expedite the packaging and mailing of your order if shipping upgrades are purchased but is not guaranteed.

~You will receive a confirmation email when your package has been shipped.
~The USPS website gives estimated delivery dates these are not a guaranteed date! If the weather is bad your package will be delayed. Your patience and understanding is appreciated when circumstances are out of my control. Delivery times quoted by the USPS are IN ADDITION to 1-2 days handling time to package and ship your order.

US BUYERS:
*NEW for 2017 - Optional insurance on standard shipping service. Insurance can be purchased for an additional 50 cents for first item and 10 cents for each additional item. Refunds will be issued for any overages on insurance purchased AFTER your order has been packed and shipped.

*Insurance is included on packages shipped Priority Mail for up to $50. If you would like to purchase additional insurance please contact me for more info.

*All shipments are mailed via US Postal Service with tracking either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. I will be happy to provide you the tracking number at any time. You can also find the number on your Etsy receipt and the shipping confirmation email.

*Shipping upgrades are available on most listings. If you need a faster service please contact me for a quote.

*Lindsay Streem DIY is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen and insurance is not purchased. Once your item has been scanned as delivered we can not be held responsible for the safety of your package.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
*Extreme shipping overages (more than $2 over actual cost) will be refunded after your package has shipped. Shipping internationally from the US is not cheap and I have worked hard to make my shipping rates the lowest possible. I will be happy to give you an estimate before you purchase or tell you the exact shipping cost at any time after your purchase is made.

*All shipments are mailed via US Postal Service either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight. Some countries now have tracking info for US mail. Click on the tracking link on the receipt page to see if your country is included. Additional tracking services or insurance is available at the buyers expense.

*Customs forms with accurate information are attached to every package. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT/taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost. Lindsay Streem DIY is not responsible for packages held in customs, lost, late or misdirected mail. If you would like an invoice attached to the outside of your package please let me know.

If you still purchase a pattern listing thinking it's a finished item I will be happy to apply the cost of the pattern to a finished item if no files have been downloaded.

Additional return information

*If there is a problem with your order please contact me within 3 DAYS of receiving your order through ETSY CONVO. No returns will be accepted without prior communication. A 25% restock fee may apply to any returns and shipping fees are NOT refundable and buyer assumes all charges for return shipping.

*NO REFUNDS on digital items, ribbon, suede cord, sale items and special orders.

*All other issues are handled on a case by case basis and we will work together to determine if a refund will be issued or replacements will be shipped. Please read entire product description carefully! If you have any questions about an item please ask before you purchase.

*I take great care in packing your orders in new sturdy bubble mailers and boxes and I recycle as much clean packing material as I can (bubble wrap, tissue paper and packing paper). Even with all of this attention to detail sometimes the postal service is not as nice to your package as I am. Insurance is available at your request/expense.

*Packages are not considered lost until at least 2 weeks after ship date for US and 30 days for international. I will work with you to locate your package at any time but no refunds or replacements will be shipped until after this time frame.
