You will receive a similar hand-picked stone(s) from the collection of Amethyst points pictured with each order. Amethyst points range from 0.75-1.25 inches. Given their nature, all stones will vary in shape, size, color, markings and appearance, all of them are very unique and beautiful.

The stones are not cut. They are what nature gives you. Citrine and amethyst are both from the quartz family and they crystalized in hexagonal shape. In the United States it is considered as trigonal shape instead of hexagonal. Well two triangles make a hexagon. So it really depends on how you look at it. These crystals do come with 6 sides and emerged into a pyramid tip.

Since they are stones from nature, each piece of stone is different and varies slightly in size.

If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select an expedited form of shipping. We offer Priority and Express mail upgrades at checkout for both US and International customers. It can be the result of a delay or missed scan on its route. If tracking has stopped completely, or your item says delivered but has not been, please contact USPS directly. • INTERNATIONAL | Please be advised that there will be no tracking information for First Class packages since USPS does not offer it.

• We do offer the option for you to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout. This is for domestic standard shipping only. • All domestic packages include tracking numbers. If somehow your package appears to be lost we cannot replace it unless you purchased insurance at checkout in the original order. You can always contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. • We do NOT refund international packages marked as delivered. This is because we ultimately have no control over tracing the post once packages leave the US. If your international package seems to be lost please do contact us, we will be happy to assist.

Provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces. • Personalized/custom pieces unfortunately cannot be refunded, unless we have made a mistake with your order. • Sale items are not refundable. • Earrings and Silk products are not refundable. • Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and there will be a 10% restocking fee due to the fact that all of our items are made to order. • Shipping charges are non-refundable. • Contact us prior to a return, Do NOT just send it back. • If your returned item gets lost in transit, we will NOT be responsible, insure and/or purchase tracking.

If you did not order the correct length: • If you're looking for the perfect fit on leather or wax cord products, you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for you here in the studio. Please do measure so we can get it correctly. • If your wrist is too small/large for your wax or leather cord bracelet, contact us, we will fix it! • No exchanges on Silk products. EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM • We accept unworn/unpersonalized exchanges on orders within 7 days of when your package was delivered. Standard shipping rates apply • Exchanges are not accepted beyond 7 days (14 for international buyers) of when the item is marked "delivered".

Customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes may apply to orders shipping internationally. If you have concerns about this, please find out your countries rules and regulations prior to purchase. These fees are NEVER included in the purchase price, and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We will NOT reimburse for the payment of any customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes.
