Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care instructions As with many fabrics, there may be a slight difference in color between dye lots.
Fabric will be sent folded. So will have some creases .It can easily be removed by ironing for cotton fabric and ironing on special settings or with some protection for silky satin fabric
As I can’t test wash all of our fabrics we recommend cutting a small square and testing your washing conditions. If you measure your fabric before and after washing you will be able to determine whether any shrinkage has taken place. Likely washing conditions for a cotton are 30°C

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
All Order are tracked . I will sort it with postage services if parcel has not arrived . Just get in touch with me .
How long will it take to prepare my order?
I will ship your order within 2 working days of cleared payment (usually faster). Your order will be sent to the address listed in your Etsy account unless you tell me at checkout that you want it sent elsewhere.
I want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and before returning any items. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was dispatched.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be for the price of the goods only. If the item was not as ordered or damaged I will refund the postage costs incurred while returning the item.
