Please update any necessary changes to your shipping address prior to checkout. Your purchase can only be shipped to your address you have provided to Etsy. We cannot alter or edit a shipping address after you have finished checkout. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation, a refund of your order and you purchasing the item again with your updated shipping address.
It is very important to us that you have a pleasant buying experience with us. We try to describe each item fully, but may overlook something that may be of importance to you. Questions are encouraged and your insights are welcomed.
When we can, we clean the items we sell. Sometimes though, we may sell items containing surface dirt or soiling. The item description will make note of the fact that it has not been cleaned. We will also make it obvious in the photos we post.
Most of the items we sell are pre-owned. The ages will vary from recent, to vintage, to antique, all with their own unique set of characteristics. Please keep in mind, many pre-owned, used, or vintage items will not look new. Most will have visible signs of wear, usage, and age in one form or another.
All items are sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied on the length of service a will provide for you. You should look closely at all the listing photos and ask yourself if any noticeable flaws are acceptable to you. If you have any questions please contact us.

RETURNS: Not happy with your purchase? Contact us within 3 days of receipt and ship it back to us within 7 days, using delivery tracking and insurance. Only items that have not been altered from the original item condition can be returned. A refund will be made after we receive the return from you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
IF PACKAGE ARRIVES TO YOU DAMAGED: Contact us immediately, hold on to all items, including shipping box and all contents.
IF PACKAGE IS LOST: We are responsible if your purchase doesn't arrive to you. We will work with you and do our best to track it down. If any claim filing is necessary, we will take care of it. Claim filing wait time for lost parcels is 20 days.
