If you are ordering many items together, message me prior to placing your order to get a correct combined shipping quote!
Shipping upgrades available at request! I typically ship out the same week the order is placed (Exception being: Made-To-Order items or certain wet specimens, which usually ship the following week!) I will notify you by message if there are going to be any delays with shipping your order.
I send all orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
* I can currently only offer shipping within the USA! * Due to legalities and expenses, I unfortunately cannot offer any international shipping at this time, though I really do hope to be able to in the future!
I currently only accept online payment methods, either Paypal (Preferred) or credit/debit card (Etsy giftcards and prepaid visas work as well) Please do not ask if you can send cash or check!
I DO NOT DO HOLDS- I will not hold items, even for a deposit/fee.
Custom orders require either a non-refundable deposit, or in some instances payment in full upfront. Any orders that are not paid for will be listed for sale to the public after 3 weeks of no contact, unless otherwise discussed.
Returns & exchanges
Full refunds can always be granted immediately if your item has not yet been shipped! After your item has been shipped, if you are wanting a refund you will be responsible for shipping item back at you own costs. Once the item is back in my possession, only then will I grant a refund for the amount of the item (Not including shipping) Exceptions being: If the item arrives damaged or defective (If it breaks within the first couple weeks) *Depending on the situation* I may offer a full refund without asking for the item to be shipped back, or I may ask for you to send it back to be repaired at not extra cost (I cover shipping) OR I may offer to simply send a replacement piece and let you keep the original as well.
If you have any issues it is important that you contact me about them as soon as possible! Since many items I ship are insured, but the post office has a time limit to file a claim.
If your item arrives broken it is important that you TAKE PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY, and SAVE ALL PACKAGING! Be sure and take photos of the OUTSIDE of the package as well if it shows any abuse from shipping.
