I firmly believe that shipping should be fair and not outrageous. I will always use the most sensible and inexpensive shipping method so that it's more money in your pocket.
That being said, I ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). I always include delivery confirmation and will e-mail you the delivery confirmation as soon as information is available. Please allow adequate shipping time - this can vary from 2-9 days or more, depending on holidays and weather. I am shipping from Michigan.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If your item arrives damaged: Please contact me immediately so we can work together to sort it out. Please take a few pictures so that I can present the damage to the postal service and so I can work on what went wrong.
If you have ordered a vintage item or supply: Refunds will be given only once the item is returned. If item came with tags attached, tags must still be intact. If item is sold as unopened, item must be returned unopened. Item must be returned in same condition as sold. Refunds will not be given until item is received and meets all return requirements. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will only be given through PayPal.
