Orders for hand made products are made in the order of the need by dates that are given to me at the time of your order. Shipping cost shown for each item is to cover Priority Shipping with the USPS. For first class and Priority shipping, there is no guarantee on the delivery date. The days for shipping are only an estimate so please plan ahead!! If you would like to ship at another rate, please contact me before purchase. If you are outside the US. Please contact me for shipping rates. Listing might not show a postage outside of US but I can send them with appropriate postage for the buyers area.
I take Etsy gift cards, Paypal and credit cards. Payment is due when ordering product. For weddings and Custom Orders, full payment or deposit is due once the details of the order are worked out. For Wedding and Large Orders over $100 I require half down and the remainder upon completion. After payment on large orders, you have 24 hours to cancel. Doing so, will give you a refund minus a reasonable amount for the product I may have already started.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Please let me know if your order is not what was requested and I will try and fix it. If a product is damaged during shipment, I will replace it. In the case of flowers, a bent tip is not considered permanent damage and can be smoothed out. Refunds will be on a case by case basis within 7 days of receiving. I will request pictures and or the return of product before refund. There is no refund on custom made products. If an item is received damaged, I will remake it for you. If you have not planned far enough ahead and the product didn't make it to you in time, I am not able to refund.
Please understand that these products are hand made and no flower will be exactly like the other. I will make sure that I get as close as possible but hand making something makes each one unique which is part of the charm. If you have a large rush order that I make room for, there may be an additional cost due to my extended hours to work on your order to get done in time.
