This picture frame is painted in layers of light pink and gold before being distressed to bring out its shabby chic style. It is then finished with a clear matte wax sealer for durability.

It holds an 11” x 14” picture, and it comes with glass, acid-free foam core backing and hanging hardware, so that it can be vertically or horizontally displayed.

FAQs

All items are completely painted on the backs or bottoms, as in the case of candle holders. Frames are painted on the back in the same antiqued finish as the front except for ones that are also distressed. The latter style of frames are painted on the back as well but are not distressed unless they are tabletop frames. All other items are painted black and sealed on the back or bottom for a complete finish. My products are designed to look good from every angle. Nothing is left unfinished.

I do ship gift items on behalf of clients to others. At the time of purchase, please include a note specifying your order is a gift, as well as the gift recipient's name and shipping information. Your gift will be shipped without a detailed receipt. I will be happy to include a small note informing the recipient who sent the item. Although I do not technically offer gift wrapping, most items are packaged in a decorative burlap bag, which is tied and accented with a handwritten tag. Large items that are too big to fit in a burlap bag are wrapped in brown craft paper and twine. Regardless of whether the item is a gift, items are packaged to not only arrive safely but also look beautiful for recipients.

If you need a ready-to-ship item within 72 hours, I will be happy to send it via USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee via a custom listing. The shipping rate will be determined once I have your shipping address. If you need a made-to-order item finished in less than 2 weeks, please contact me prior to placing an order. In some cases, such as during the holiday shopping season, there is a $25 fee to finish an item in less than 7 days. For rush orders that comprise more than 3 made-to-order items, there is a $40 fee to complete the items within 7 days regardless of the season. Any rush order fees will be paid via a custom listing.

Shipping rates comprise not only the postage price and applicable insurance but also any and all costs related to packaging materials, as well as handling fees. Any substantial difference in the amount charged for shipping and handling fees and the actual costs associated with shipping your order will be credited back to you.

COMBINED SHPPING DISCOUNTS:
Combined shipping rates are automatically offered once you have added multiple items to your shopping cart. The discount varies depending on the original shipping and handling price per item.

FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping is available to U.S. customers for orders totaling more than $200. Use the coupon code SHIPFORFREE at checkout to take advantage of this offer. International clients are not eligible to receive free shipping.

Any orders that qualify for the free shipping discount, as well as all large quantity orders, will require a signature upon delivery.

USPS SHIPPING:
Depending on the size and weight of an order, items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or through First Class Mail. Regardless of the type of service used, all U.S. customers will receive tracking information upon shipment.

Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail:
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after placing your order for a completed item or upon completion of a made-to-order item. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

Items shipped via USPS Parcel Post:
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after placing your order for a completed item or upon completion of a made-to-order item. Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.

Please note, if you are a resident of Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. territory, it could take as long as 10 business days for your order to arrive depending on the size and weight of the order.

U.S. MILITARY ADDRESSES:
JaBella Designs is a military-friendly shop and does ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you and your family are on active duty, living on a U.S. military base in another country, I am more than willing to work with you on the best method for delivery and discounted shipping costs, as applicable.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Due to the fact that any international shipments require me to go into the Post Office to fill out customs forms, ready-to-ship orders are shipped within 5 business days. Although they are often shipped sooner, there may be times when I am unable to go to the Post Office within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Made-to-order items and custom orders require 2-3 weeks to complete in most cases.

Customs information will be provided upon shipment.

Please allow more time for your order to be delivered. Depending on the country, it could take up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.

For large orders, items are shipped in the most cost effective and timely manner.


Payments

Payment is required upon purchase at checkout.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS:
Items that are already finished are shipped within about 3 business days, often times sooner, once payment has been made.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
Products that need to be completed have a production time of 2-3 weeks. This is an estimated time frame that is designed to take into account for orders made locally and online. I will do everything in my power to ensure your order is shipped by the date provided on your Etsy purchase receipt. If for any reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days of the scheduled ship date, I will let you know as soon as possible.

For orders comprising more than 5 items, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion.

All made-to-order items are shipped within 3 business days after your order has been completed.

Please let me know if you need an order by a particular date, so that I can plan accordingly to ensure you receive everything in a timely manner.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Clients who place custom orders may make up to 3 separate down payments, with the first payment required before any work begins. The last payment must be made before any custom orders are shipped.

Custom orders are usually completed within 2-3 weeks after we have finalized the details and payment has been made. Large orders comprising more than 5 items could require up to 4 weeks to complete.

Custom items are shipped within 3 business days after your order has been completed.

If for any reason you need to cancel a custom order due to unforeseen circumstances or life-altering events, please do so no later than 7 days before the expected completion date. Upon canceling the custom order, you will receive a 75% refund, with the remaining 25% to be retained for completed work, as well as any and all associated material costs associated with the order.

LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS:
Several items in my shop are eligible to be purchased in large quantities of 10 or more for a discounted price.

Please contact me prior to placing a large order, so that I may create a custom listing with the discounted price for you. Depending on the number of items ordered, discounts range between 20% and 30% off the overall original retail price.

All discounts for large quantity orders of 10 or more must be given via a custom listing. Discounts will not be given via a partial refund after a purchase has already been made.

Large quantity orders usually take between 3 to 4 weeks, though any comprising more than 20 items could take up to 6 weeks to complete.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or exchange after contacting me within 7 days of its arrival. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, as described below, buyers are required to pay for return shipping costs in most cases.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, a photo of the product and all of the related shipping materials must be provided to me within 3 days of arrival. It is important to have documentation of how the product arrived for insurance purchases. After I have received the necessary information, we will resolve the matter in a way that best suits your needs, which could include sending you a replacement, if available, free of charge.

REFUNDS:
No refunds will be issued until an order is safely returned or other arrangements have been agreed upon.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN POLICIES:

MISCELLANEOUS:
All items are stored in a clean, smoke-free environment.

All decorative items used in pictures of items for sale are not included with your purchase unless specified. This includes all easels, decorative plants and containers.

Each home decor piece and frame is brought back to life through a multistep process that comprises sanding, priming, painting, glazing and/or distressing, and sealing, as well as repairing any significant imperfections when necessary. These same techniques are completed on the back of each frame as well. Usually, this process - aside from curing times - takes between 2 and 4 hours on each frame, depending on the size and design.

I also provide new acid-free backing materials in each frame and install new mounting hardware, which secures all of the backing materials in place.

Due to the nature of antiquing and distressing items by hand, made-to-order items may slightly differ from those pictured in the listing, though every effort is made to match the overall design and color of items as closely as possible. These differences, however, only add to the unique charm of each piece.

All of these steps and unique touches, as well as the time it takes to complete the upcycling process, help ensure you receive a great product that you cannot find at the average retail store.
