These beautiful burlap gift bags are just perfect for presenting that special gift.
The gift bags are made to our own unique design in an American grocery bag style, using a double layer of natural burlap, so they stand up by themselves. To the front is a calico panel, hand screen printed in black with our 'Merry Christmas' design. The panel is then personalised with any name you require in shiny gold, and sewn onto the bag in our signature 'squiffy stitching'.
The top of the bag has 2 brass eyelets, and closes with a raw edge fabric* strip threaded through the eyelets and tied into a bow. The bags will come 'untied' for you to fill the bags and tie the bows yourself. *The bow fabric design may vary from the one shown.
These decorative gift bags are reusable and finished to a high standard - use them year after year!! They're great for the environment, AND look fabulous on display!

We guarantee to post all 'ready to ship' items within 48 hours of payment being received - but we will post sooner if we can! For custom/personalised orders, please allow up to 5 working days. We will of course advise on lead times once your order has been processed - or drop us a convo if you need to know before you buy.
You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.
We try to be very precise in the descriptions of each and every item that we sell. However, because photos may not always be an accurate indicator of the true size or colour of an item, please read all descriptions, details, and measurements before making your purchase. If you receive a product and you change your mind or do not like it then you will be able to return it but please contact us first. The product must be returned within 14 days and your refund will be issued upon receipt of the unused product in a new and resellable condition. Unfortunately we can not cover the postage costs incurred when returning the item to us, or refund the original postage paid. Adequate insurance must be obtained and you are responsible for the safe return of the item. If you have any questions about our items please ask - we are happy to help!
Our postage charge is an estimate of what we think the item will cost to ship, inclusive of packaging. We will only know the exact cost once we have taken the item, packaged, to the post office. If we have over estimated this cost, we will refund any extra once we have posted it to you.

Payment can be made by paypal, Etsy gift cards or direct checkout with a credit/debit card.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card; simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a Paypal account.
To make a payment by cheque (UK residents only) please contact us for details. We ask that payment is received within 7 days of purchase. If you send a cheque we will wait until it has cleared before sending items. And obviously the sooner we receive your payment, the sooner we send out your lovely goodies!
Returns & exchanges
We take great care in the construction of each and every item we make. But nobody is perfect, so if in the unlikely event you do find a defect or flaw, please notify us directly within 3 days of receiving your goods, and we will gladly work with you to repair/exchange your purchase and resolve the situation.
If you have purchased something and changed your mind, then we can only issue a refund once the item is returned to us in a brand new, unused and resealable condition. We cannot refund the original P&P costs. The safe return of the item, and return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will not issue a refund for the return postage.
Postal Insurance is optional and not included in any of our P&P prices. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us before making your purchase. Insurance rates will be provided upon request.
Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, are not eligible for refund or replacement if not insured. Let us know in advance, before you make your purchase, if you would like insurance added. We have sent many, many items all over the world and (without wanting to tempt fate here) none have been lost in transit yet...
Feedback: We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your order for ANY reason, please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback or opening an Etsy case. Please give us the opportunity to correct the problem! :)
