I use the US Postal Service's Priority Mail for all domestic shipments, unless you specify otherwise. Priority Mail is guaranteed 2-3 business days. For international purchases of smaller items, I use the US Postal Service's 1st class mail. It is not insurable and may take a few weeks to reach you. (If you would like to upgrade to International Priority and/or insure the package, I'm happy to do the paperwork. I will send you an invoice through PayPal for the additional shipping charges.) Larger, more expensive items will automatically be sent Priority Mail with insurance, and you may incur additional customs charges. Please be in touch with me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your individual shipping situation.
You can send a check or money order, call with your credit card number (207.272.5774) or use PayPal. All taxes are collected through PayPal and their payment policies are the same as mine. If you send payment, I will wait to receive it until I send your goods. When payment is received, I will send your items in a day or two. (Unless I am away and then, I will let you know you when they will be shipped.)
Returns & exchanges
Please let me know right away if an item is damaged in shipment. I am a good packager, but would also be quick to replace your damaged item. If you break a bead, or an item needs repair, please contact me.
I do like creating custom pieces. If you see something on my site or in my store, but would love to change the colors...or you want some earrings to match your favorite dress, e-mail me! I am happy to work with you to make something in my style that compliments your color scheme. I also love to make pieces to celebrate big birthdays and for other special events.
