Most in-stock orders will be shipped within three business days of cleared payment. If payment clears on a weekend or holiday it will be recorded as received on the following business day. You will also be provided with tracking or delivery confirmation numbers. Domestic items will be shipped via USPS Insured First Class mail. Shipping insurance is available for other items upon request at an additional charge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The prices given on the item descriptions for shipping outside the USA are First Class unless noted differently. Each country has different requirements and restrictions for shipping. You can still request another shipping method, but it may not make it through customs and may never reach you. All items shipped internationally will be at the buyer's risk. I retain proof of shipment and will provide tracking or delivery confirmation numbers, but I WILL NOT REPLACE ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT FOR ANY REASON. I strongly suggest selecting a shipping method, like Priority International, that includes indemnity coverage. You may also wish to purchase additional insurance. You will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges incurred. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't purchase.
I accept direct payments through Etsy using a debit or credit card. I accept online payments through PayPal. An account is not required to pay by check, debit or credit card through PayPal. Payment in full must be received and cleared before orders are filled or shipped.
I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone who has, to my knowledge, been abusive or publicly slanderous to me or any other Etsy seller.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Fabric may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. The item must be received in it's original condition and shipping charges cannot be refunded. Custom orders and personalized items cannot be refunded
