I always ship your items as soon as they are ready. Some items are ready made and can be shipped straight away. Majority of our items are handmade to order which can take 1-2 weeks.
I will always send a message when your order has been shipped. If for any reasons there will be a delay in shipping your order i will always inform you immediately.
You as the buyer are responsible that the correct delivery information is supplied with your order. I will post to the address given via PayPal or Etsy. I unfortunately don't have the time to message every buyer to check that their delivery address is correct. If your order is delivered to the wrong address because the wrong address was supplied i am unable to offer a refund.
**UK SHIPPING** All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class sign for. I always obtain proof of posting. I always try to keep postage costs to a minimum and make no profit from the postage costs.
We send all parcels sign for so we can both track your order if its not been delivered within the royal mail time scale.
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTY FEE** Please note i am based in the U.K and I'm happy to ship worldwide. To keep costs to a minimum i send your orders via airmail without tracking. If you would like your order to be sent with tracking please let me know before paying as there will the an additional cost. We always obtain proof of posting & please bear in mind that parcels can take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.
You as the buyer are responsible for any & all duties & customs charges that you may incur, this is at the discretion of your own country's tax regulations. Please check with your local customs for any fee's that you may incur or if you require any further information.
I unfortunately cannot pay or refund you for these charges.
**LOST IN TRANSIT** For every order sent we obtain a proof of posting. If 30 working days have passed and you have yet to receive your order, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it straight away for you. We understand that on the odd occasion that parcels can get ‘lost’ if this is the case after the 30 working days we will then send out a replacement. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for lost items. As we send all orders via royal mail for any lost parcels that we have we then contact them to claim back our losses. You may be contacted via royal mail to confirm details we have given them regarding the lost order.
All goods are shipped once monies have been received and cleared, this includes PayPal e-cheque.
I would appreciate it if payment is sent immediately. If however I don't receive payment within 2 days I will then send a polite reminder.
**CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS**
If I have not received payment within 7 days and you have not responded to any reminders I will then cancel the sale and relist any item/s.
If you make a purchase and have sent payment but want to add an item/s or amend your order please contact me ASAP so we can sort any extra payments or refunds. I however cannot add item/s or make any amendments once your order has been shipped.
If you make a purchase and have sent payment but decide you want to cancel please contact me ASAP. I will happily refund you minus any fees I have incurred. I am unable to refund your order if the goods have already been shipped.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
**RETURNS** Returns are accepted within 14 working days of your order arriving and immediate notification made to us. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item/s back. All items need to be sent back in the same condition as you received them. If the item/s have been washed or worn no refund will be given unless the item/s are faulty. Please note return postage costs are non refundable.
