Shipping is sent through USPS unless requested otherwise. I will try to find the cheapest shipping possible, so that my customers pay less for shipping:)

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds have to be requested within 2 days the date for receiving product. Refunds will only be given upon return of product in the condition it was sent in. Etsy listing and relisting fees plus paypal fees, will be the responsibility of the buyer if the buyer backs out from a sell. These fees will be deducted from the return. Sorry I had to implement this, but I had a buyer back out from a large sell, and I lost money on the transaction for having to relist my product:(
I also will not issue refunds for items shipped because you didn't provide the correct address. I ship to the address listed through etsy unless you message me otherwise.
I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping beyond my control. I always try to carefully package each item I sell. In an instance like this, I would be willing to give a partial refund since it is no fault to either one of us.
Custom orders do not cost more than my regular prices. I try to use recycled shipping materials when possible. This not only prevents unnecessary waste but also reduces cost for both of us.
