*******Shipping: I ship all of my pottery orders via priority mail, it normally takes 2-3 business days for delivery. I believe less transportation time will assure the safest delivery, along with that I insure each package for it's original purchase price. Therefore, you can be certain your purchase will arrive safely or you will get your money back or a new piece.************
*******What shipping service will be used to ship my order? Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail or Fedex home delivery. Tracking number will be provided once the package is shipped.
******** Combine shipping rate is only eligible for items that are shipped to the same address. If you are purchasing more than one items and having them shipped to different addresses, please make two or more transactions or a separate bill will be sent to you.
********* What to do if the item received is damaged? If for any reason this item is damaged when you received it, please DO NOT throw away any packing material or broken pieces and contact me ASAP.

Returns & exchanges
******** How do I receive refund or replacement item? If the item was broken or lost in the mail, you can choose to either get a refund or replacement item. Please understand all refund or replacement piece will be made or sent after insurance claim is closed. As the claim is filed online, there might be future steps needed to cooperate postal investigation, such as bringing the damaged item and packing to your local post office or proof of lost. Due to the bad experience previously, after receiving replacement item customer refuse to cooperate. I have to hold on the refunds and replacement items from now on. I sincerely appreciate your understanding. Insurance claim normally takes 3-5 weeks, but in some case it may takes up to 60 days. *********Can I return a non-personalized piece that I changed my mind on?******************* I try my very best to provide clear pictures of the piece. Smaller items are using stock photos, and large items are using the photos of the actual piece you will receive. Customers are welcome to ask for additional photos if needed. If you absolutely have to return a piece, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Returns are only accepted via USPS priority mail with appropriate insurance coverage. Once the piece is inspected and ready for restock. I will make the refund, however there will be a 5% restocking fee to cover the non-refunded transaction fee. I highly encourage responsible purchases. Last and the most important: No return on personalized item. Buyer's full responsibility to provide correct customization.

B) All personalized item will be made based on the information provided by customer. 1) Custom order purchased through generic listing, please specify all requests in "Notes to seller" include discussed details prior to sale if there were any. 2) Custom order purchased through private listing, shall find all special requests listed in item detail section in the listing.
C) All custom and special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sales are final.
