If you are using Silhouette Studio, you will need Designer Edition or higher; the free software does not allow you to open SVG files.

Payment must be received before item is shipped. On custom orders payment must be received before item is made.

Returns & exchanges

I want my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact me immediately. If an item arrives damaged please contact me and send photos of the damage. A full refund will be given in this instance.

Refund requests will be granted within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason, as long as the original items are returned in the same condition as they were sent out.

Custom order refund requests will be thoughtfully considered.
