Please read each listing for shipping details - our most fragile items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which includes insurance. Our stones and heavier items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate as this is the most economical method. Many other items have the option of 1st Class or Priority delivery for you to select upon checkout. If you're in a hurry but forgot to upgrade your shipping, we have shipping upgrades available as a separate purchase in our store.
For all items shipped via USPS, we will send you a tracking number with your shipping notification. Once the package in the hands of the USPS it is out of our control and we are not responsible for delivery times. Please check your tracking number with the online USPS system for status of items. (please check the USPS website for the most accurate tracking information - sometimes the Etsy tracking tool does not have full details listed.) NOTE: If there is an issue with delivery, contact the USPS. We cannot do anything about a package not being delivered, only the Post Office can!
We use the Etsy shipping tool, which means the postage label is printed with your name and address as you have it listed with Etsy. We are not responsible for errors in your profile details with Etsy. Please be sure that the ship-to address is correct when you place your order.
We are happy to ship most items internationally. If your country is not listed as an option for shipping, please email us and we will let you know if it is available for shipping to your location.
Payment is due upon order. We collect applicable NC state sales tax on all sales to NC residents.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will happily replace items or refund customers for any item returned due to damage upon receipt. However, as many of our items are custom made we cannot refund due to incorrect text as supplied by the buyer. Please be sure your details are correct before placing your order.
Please note we do not refund shipping charges once the item has shipped, as this charge is used to cover the postage when the item is shipped.
Q: How do I add my details for personalization? A: During checkout, a "Notes" to seller field will appear - add your personalization details in that field.
Q: Do you combine shipping? A: Yes! Etsy's shipping calculator will calculate a total, but if when we package the items the shipping is less than that, we will refund the difference.
Q: When will my item ship? A: There is an estimated time to ship listed for all items. Stock items are listed as 3-5 days but usually ship in 1-2 days. Custom items are created when ordered, so take longer - most within a week, though stones may take 2 weeks.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders? A: Yes, we do offer wholesale for retailers. We are an approved Etsy wholesale and our linesheet is available through that venue. If you are not a buyer through Etsy wholesale, please contact us to receive a guest pass to view our linesheet.
