There will not be a refund issued if your item does not arrive by the date it is required. A replacement item will not be shipped if the package is lost or stolen after it has been scanned at the post office. When the postal service has taken possession of the package, they are responsible from that point on until it reaches the destination address. The tracking number will be sent to you via an Etsy email/conversation.
*Priority mail includes up to $100.00 of insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, then you will need to file a claim with www.USPS.com.
I ship USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery with delivery confirmation for orders in the United States unless otherwise stated in my listings. Clothing, nursing pillow covers, burp cloth and bib sets, and fabric yardage (unless over 13oz.) will ship USPS first class mail with 2-5 day delivery. You can upgrade the shipping method to USPS priority mail at checkout instead of USPS first class mail.
All international orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail International unless they are over 4 pounds, and then they are shipped USPS Priority Mail International.
Insurance is included for items over $250.00.
Right now I accept PayPal, major credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Please note that your sale is not final until payment is received. If payment is not received within 48 hours the sale will be cancelled. Tax only if you live in Texas. All sales are final.

Returns & exchanges
Due to the personalization/monogramming of the items I do NOT accept returns. If there is an error on my part or a defect in the product, then you have 7 business days from the date of receipt to notify me and make arrangements for a replacement item.

Domestic packages come with a delivery confirmation. It is not possible to track packages once they leave the USA and unfortunately a delivery confirmation is not available. I can provide proof of shipment from me, but can't be held responsible for international packages once they have left the USA. Customs fees are the buyers responsibility.
