Terrariums will be shipped Monday-Wednesday for the well-being of the air plants. Please track your order and make sure that your plants don't sit outside for hours! Due to customs regulations, air plants can only be shipped within the continental United States.
These terrariums are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, due to cold weather and us wanting to maintain the precious life of your plants, Priority Mail is the best way for them to be shipped. Please plan on 1-3 business days for the arrival of your terrarium from the date that it is shipped. The closer you are to Utah, the sooner you'll receive your order. If you want it by Christmas, please make sure you order ASAP!
Between the months of November - March please purchase a Uniheat pack for your order if it will be traveling out of the state of Utah. If your plants get frozen during transit and you have not purchased a heat pack, we are not responsible for the frostbite of your beloved plants!
