Shipping is always fun isn't it?...

HOW IS SHIPPING SET: I have based all of my items on the product's weight and Etsy calculates the fee. This way I know that no matter where you are, the shipping cost will be covered from Oregon. Packages I ship to Florida are much more expensive than California, for example.

I also ship Priority for the tracking number, insurance, and speed. If you are not interested in those features I can ship standard, with a note left in the buyer's note only after purchases are made.

If I can ship your item for cheaper outside of a flat rate box, still Priority I absolutely WILL! If you want me to lower the delivery speed of your item by dropping to standard for a potentially lower rate, I absolutely will.

3. I DO NOT offer refunds on items that do not arrive in time for your specific event, so long as they DID arrive within 10 days of shipping. I am also not liable for your package taking longer than 10 days to arrive due to the post office delays or weather.
4. If you would like to RUSH ORDER SHIPPING you must request a custom order for expedited shipping expenses.
a. Example: You “have a party next weekend” (that is only 7 days away, and if you’re ordering on a Fri/Sat then that is only 4 days of shipping! It won’t make it to the EAST Coast in time… sorry)
5. I will ship only as fast as you have paid for and within my listed structure. I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Reserved Listings: If you request a reserved listing and I haul everything up to the PO and get you a shipping quote you must purchase your listing within 24 hours so that I can still ship it in time for you. The PO requires pictures of it broken INSIDE the packaging for your claimed insurance. They need everything and you'll need to take it, as is, into inspection.
If you are claiming an item to be damaged they must see a picture proving the claim, of the item still in my original packaging, in the shipping box.

*If item is damaged, said picture {above} must be provided within 24 of you receiving the package. People try all the time to get a refund on a broken item weeks after they've had it... If you've had it for more than a day, we can't prove it was broken in shipping.
