I ship Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I can always accommodate rush shipments so let me know in advance.
I'm based in Oakland, CA and I always will accommodate local pickup. Additionally, I can deliver local items (within 50 miles) for a small fee. I personally take my packages to the post office each shipping day. I can not make any guarantees on arrival dates.
Tracking information is updated to order when it's shipped.
For items that are 1 pound or less, the shipping rate is based on first class. If you wish to get priority shipping, I'm happy to oblige but you are expected to pay incremental amount.
Open to international sales, please contact me in advance for quote on shipping. Please note that all customs and taxes imposed by local government for international sales are paid by buyer.
I take great care in packaging my shipments so that they arrive in tact. In the rare event of something arriving damaged, please immediately send photos of the item and the packaging and it will be necessary for you to retain for 30 days, or until insurance claim is settled. I ask that you immediately inform me of any damage and failure to do so within 7 business days may jeopardize the refund.
Payment is due immediately.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Some exceptions to the return policy is cut yardage for fabric and trim.
Also with regards to fabric and trim, settings on computer can distort fabric colors.
Refund will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of return and once item is confirmed to be in sellable condition.
In the very rare event that I misrepresented an item (dimensions, condition) I will reimburse purchase price and shipping once I receive the item back in its original form and in sellable condition.
I'm a big proponent of buying only what you need and avoiding waste, particularly as it relates to exquisite fabric. Please contact me if you are looking for a specific cut of fabric to complete a project and I'm happy to create custom listing to meet your needs.
Additionally, I love what I sell and I try to make my listings, especially the photographs, as comprehensive and accurate as possible. With regards to the photos, there can be variations in the way the color displays on a device. When possible, I am happy to send a sample of the fabric or trim so that you have the truest sense of the colors. I cannot accept returns on especially cut fabric yardage.
With regards to the vintage items in my shop, most of have had a previous life and have some wear to show for it, which is what I think adds to the charm. I will photograph and document any significant blemishes in the listing as I see them.
