The items I sell are vintage and are being sold for collector's items not necessarily for their actual use.

I try to find homes for these items where they will be appreciated for their character age and to be loved by someone who appreciates them with any and all of their faults.

I do my best to make my buyers aware of any flaws that I see in the listing


I highly recommend you request and purchase insurance prior to purchase as I am not responsible for damages during shipping- While I take great care to package all of my items accidents do happen during travel on occasion

Shipping charges: I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

Shipping time: Most items will be shipped out within 3 business days - rushing an order may be an option but please inquire if this is needed prior to making a purchase

Domestic shipping: Domestic purchases will be shipped through USPS mail with delivery confirmation

Insurance is available upon request. If you request the item(s) shipped insured there will be an additional charge - Remember I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, consider this before you decide whether or not you wish to purchase shipping insurance - I do not refund for items damaged during shipping. I take great care in packaging my items carefully for travel but the same care is not always given during the travel.

International orders: I will ship internationally if you contact me prior to making a purchase so that I may gather shipping information needed to determine shipping charges.

International orders will be shipped via USPS International first class mail. This takes 2-6 weeks for arrival depending on customs. Tracking is not available for international shipping therefore I cannot be held responsible for packages shipped internationally

Shipping charges include shipping and packaging costs

Custom Fees:
International buyers may be subject to custom fees. Custom fees are the buyers responsibility and must be paid by the buyer. I will not mark the customs form as a gift, this is an illegal act for me to do so.

Missing packages:
I cannot be responsible for the post office losing, damaging, or misplacing your package. I will try my best to help you track it down, but I cannot replace items or issue refunds for missing packages.
Insurance is available upon request for a small fee. Please let me know in advance if you would like your purchase shipped with insurance and I will be happy to do so.

In case of items damaged during shipping if insurance was purchased the buyer is responsible for filing any insurance claims with the insurance company. I will assist in any way I can to help with the claim but the buyer must file the claim.

Payments

Payment: Please pay via paypal or Etsy at the time of purchase if you are purchasing multiple items you may request a combined invoice I will combine shipping charges whenever possible

You can use a credit card through paypal, and do not need to be a member of paypal to use this option. If you pay using e-check, your shipment will be delayed until the funds are processed.

Shipping address
After you have completed your payment, double check the SHIPPING ADDRESS before clicking the submit button to ensure the address is correct both on etsy and paypal. I cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because I was given the wrong address

Cancellations: Please note - once you make a purchase it is final, I do not cancel orders because you changed your mind etc. as many of my items are on consignment and that is not fair to my consignors who expect me to honor their sales.

If you are not completely satisfied and happy with your purchase or if your items is not a 5 star rating, please contact me and let me know before leaving feedback so I may attempt to remedy any problems or answer any questions.

Refunds:
Please read each item description carefully before making a purchase.
I work very hard to ensure the item is shipped to you as it has been described and photographed. However I am by no means an expert on the items I sell so please ask any questions prior to purchase and I will do my best to answer them.

If you receive an item and feel it is not at described please contact me to find an acceptable resolution to the problem.
If it has been determined that a refund is in order, please ship the items back with tracking and a refund will be issued (excluding shipping charges). Returned items must be received in their original condition ( including packaging, box and materials)
Shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred in returns. Once the item is received a refund will be issued.

Antiques and vintage items are all going to be described to the best of my ability.

I am not an antiques expert by any definition of the term so please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have prior to purchase and I will do my best to answer accurately.

Remember these items are over 20 years old therefore they generally will not be in perfect / mint condition.
