I wrap my products carefully in bubble plastic, which comes from recycling (I use the one that comes with the books I order). Occasionally the envlopes are treated very badly by the post office and the buttons may get loose from a card, but no other damage has ever been reported.

For different reasons your order may not be delivered. This is usually due to problems with the address, or some local weather conditions (I had buttons retruned from flooded New York City). Very occasionally they may be simply lost by the post. In this case I offer to send the buttons again, if available, or to issue a full refund, shipping included. However, before you become alarmed, please, study the estimated shipping times. The delays sometimes have to do with customs in your country, and I really do my best to make it clear for them what is inside each envelope. There is always a tracking number for each order, which you can check on www.correos.es or your local postal service.

As etsy no longer details the tax information, if you require an invoice with the tax information detailed on each product, please, contact the shop and such document will be issued.

If you need your item(s) sooner than the estimated delivery times, you can request your order to be delivered by a courier company. Contact me for more details and the estimated cost. You wil probably have to pay extra, though.
