Please contact us through our contact form to cancel an order. Once the order has been sent to a shipping facility, we are not able to cancel it. Most orders start processing within 20 minutes after they have been placed. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after they are placed. We use USPS First class for all orders in the United States. Orders arrive within 2-7 business days after the order is placed, unless the Priority Mail option was chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3-7 business days; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. International shipping typically takes between 2-3 weeks.

You will receive an email with your order's tracking number once it is shipped. Please visit www.usps.com to see the status of your shipment (you will need the tracking number provided in the email).

Our store policy is that we will accept returns on items that are NOT CUSTOM ORDERS. We will accept the return if the items are shipped back to us within 7 days of the items being delivered to you. Please email us and let us know that you are doing a return before you mail the parcel back. Return costs are to be paid by the buyer. We will issue you a refund once the package has been delivered back.

Don’t put caps into the laundry — either the washer or dryer. Hand-washing is really the best method to retain both the color and shape of the hat. Here are some steps to clean your hat: 1. Fill a clean sink or bucket with warm water. Err on the side of cool versus hot 2. As it’s filling, add a tablespoon of laundry detergent 3. Spot-clean the hat first, as needed 4. Let the hat soak for up to a couple hours 5. Rinse all the soap off with warm water 6. Pat down with a towel to get rid of excess moisture 7. Let it air dry.
