Approx. 2 to 5 days after receiving your payment (depending on the volume of business), I pull the completed items in your order, make note of what needs to be created at the work bench, hand craft or alter items ordered, insert fully sealed and cured items into a baggette, double check your items on the order invoice, wrap the stone and shell beads in bubble wrap, wrap the bags in packing paper or enclose in a box, package your items into a bubble envelope, seal securely, print your postage label and ship first class with usps tracking .

Each additional item will cost .20 cents. This covers my baggette and sharpie cost.

I do not charge for labor in processing your package nor do I include printed invoices (these can be printed from your etsy account if you need a printed receipt.) or business cards. This is to keep ever rising shipping costs down.

Insurance is available (and encouraged to protect you against loss and damages) upon request for a small fee. $1.75 for up to $50.00. Please request through 'message to seller' when making your purchase.

I am afraid I have lost so much money on missing international shipments that I had to make the difficult decision to no longer offer international shipping world wide.

I apologize for this inconvenience and please know it was not an easy decision to make. But as a small business that works to support my family, I can no longer cover lost packages out of pocket and it does not sit right with me to allow customers to lose money on a faulty postal system. Thank you for understanding.


Paypal is the preferred method of payment, however we can accept money orders (no personal checks please) and credit card payments.

You do not need to sign up for paypal to pay for your order with a credit card. Look for the link that says "pay with your credit card' on the paypal payment form. Please let us know if you need any assistance in completing your payment.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information

With the exclusion of faulty or defective items, I do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If there is something wrong with your item, please contact me as soon as you receive it. I will immediately begin a replacement. If you do not want a replacement, please take a photo of the faulty item and include a description of what is wrong. I will send the return address at that time. I stand by my work and I do not want anyone stuck with an item that is not usable.

Defective items have been rare in the past 10 years I have been doing business online. I sincerely apologize for any mistakes like this and will do whatever I can to make it right.

The returned item must be securely packaged as you have received it; cushioned and enclosed in a bubble envelope. You will need to send it with a tracking number for both of our protection; yours so you can see I have received it and mine so I can see you have sent it.

Please consider insurance for your package to cover potential loss or damage in shipping. The United States Postal Service is a completely separate service that I use on your behalf. I fulfill my obligations by creating and accurately describing the item I have posted for sale then making sure it is safely packaged for rough shipping procedures within a reasonable amount of time. Once I hand the package to the post office, I am not involved in any more of the process.

Your package is shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy. You receive an email notification that contains a tracking number and you can also access this tracking number from your etsy account through the Purchases and Reviews link by clicking on the title of the order from this shop.

- Wholesale orders and discounts -
I design jewelry based on what I like to wear. I create components and sort beads for others to do the same.
Each listed price is for you the jewelry designer to purchase, design, assemble and resell jewelry with profit. They are not cheap pot metal mass produced components for world wide distribution. They are exclusive and rare and handmade and not available elsewhere. This is YOUR selling point.

It does not get easier to create large orders of hand forged items, it becomes more difficult and causes pain in my hands and shoulders, ugh and now in my elbows as I deal with the onset of arthritis. Large orders also take away from daily orders that support my family and it is for these reasons I no longer give discounts on large quantities of forged items. You will however receive the highest quality of metal components that you will enjoy designing with and earning money from. Thank you for understanding the difference between our items and those of a retail bead store.

We research, purchase raw materials, design, create from years of experience, photograph, edit, measure, list, market, promote and oversee shipping of each item you see in our store. It takes time and concentration to do all this at the level of business that we are currently involved in and we need your patience in performing these aspects of the business.
