Large furniture is best suited for local pick up. If you choose to pick-up this item, I will be happy to assist with loading. If you are within the KC Metro area and do not have resources to pick-up an item I may be able to deliver an item for a small fee. If you need a shipping quote please supply me with your zip code for an estimate and I will try to get the most reasonable freight cost for you.

I do my best to provide an accurate estimate of shipping. Please understand that I shipped fragile antiques and vintage merchandise. I include the cost of packaging which includes, time, boxes, air packets and or bubble wrapped. I reuse boxes when I find good ones but most of my boxes are new due to the custom sizes I need for shipping.
Costs to ship can be confirmed once I have your zip code. I can help get you the best shipping quotes or you can set it all up on your own. Please note that it helps to make sure you have your phone number in your contact info for shippers upon delivery.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, I reserve the right to cancel transactions. Once payment is confirmed, your parcel will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in prime condition.

Returns & exchanges
All items are vintage and may show signs of minor wear and use. I provide detailed photographs and descriptions of each item to avoid any misrepresentations. If you have any questions regarding the condition of an item, please contact me prior to purchasing. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping on any returned items. I am happy to assist you in filing a claim. However I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can always have the package held at the Post Office if you feel this is necessary.
If Items are broken during shipping you will need to contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I will need pictures of the broken items inside the open box if possible as well as the box itself. If you have removed the item from the box take a picture of that as well. Contact me through my Etsy shop to let me know the item(s) was damaged. I will forward my gmail address to you for the pictures. A claim will be filed with the USPS or Federal Express for a refund. Keep the box and the damaged item until the claim it complete in case the carrier ask you to bring it to their office. It may take up to three weeks for the carrier to respond or make the refund. I will do my best to keep you informed.
