Although most of my items are digital patterns I do sell finished articles from time to time.
The standard method of posting will be via Royal Mail First Class (1-3 working days) in the UK or International Standard (up to 10 working days depending on location) for overseas customers. This will not be a tracked service unless you specifically request one.
You will be notified when your item is dispatched. If your item does not arrive as expected please let me know. I will always retain proof of posting and in my experience items almost always arrive at their destination or get returned to me within 8 weeks.
I will not be responsible for any customs duty or fees which are incurred on receipt into another country. Such charges are levied by the government of that country and are outside my control.
Returns & exchanges
Digital patterns: due to the nature of the item refunds will not usually be available.
Physical items: if the item you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described please contact me so that we can resolve the issue. I will happily give a refund or store credit if I am at fault.
A replacement may also be possible in some cases. All my items are handmade and I try to photograph and describe them as accurately as possible to avoid disappointment.
Custom requests: I would love to hear from you with custom requests. Just send me a message with a rough idea of what you want and we can take it from there. Commissions may be subject to a deposit depending on the size and complexity of the request.
Problem with your order: If there is any problem with your order please contact me as early as you can so that we can find a way to resolve the issue together. I want you to be happy with your purchase and I will do whatever I can to make sure that happens 😊
