Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped from Arvada, Colorado, USA and I sometimes use Click-n-Ship. If you purchase on Friday, I'll do my best to have your order shipped either same day or next day. I love taking my time off during the weekends with my family.
Ship to Address(es) - For an order paid via: DIRECT CHECKOUT using credit/debit card, I am required by Etsy' Seller Agreement to send your order to the address shown on your Etsy order receipt. Please verify and select the correct ship to address on your Etsy account prior or during checkout.
In an effort to ensure the accurate and safe delivery of your order, if there is a discrepancy or question on the shipping address for your order, I will contact you to confirm and will delay shipping until the address is confirmed. Thank you.
Shipping Time Frames: Ready to ship items will ship in 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Domestic shipping options: Standard Shipping is via USPS First Class, Media and Standard (depending on package weight). I can use Priority Mail and it is estimated 1-3 days, however, I cannot guaranteed the time frame and you’ll need to convey before you purchase and you’ll have 5-minute time frame to purchase in order for me to change the cost. Otherwise, it’ll be change back to the original cost.
Signature Confirmation: I ship orders of $250+ with signature confirmation, however, if you would like me to indicate signature required on your order (of lesser value) please note that in the "note to seller" at checkout.
Unclaimed or Damaged Package(s) from Shipping: If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or you refused to pay customs fees, I will refund the original purchase price, less original shipping charges, and only once I receive the returned package in its original condition.
Damaged package(s) and/or item(s): Please contact me within 7 days of receiving and take pictures of the damaged package(s) and item(s), send the pictures to me, and retain all original packaging, as these items may be needed by the insurance carrier. I may also request that you return the damaged/defective item prior to sending a replacement or issuing a refund, and in that case I will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Combined Shipping: To save your time and mine, all I need is YOUR zip code to give you an idea of what’ll it cost to ship. If you make a purchase beforehand and the shipping cost is over $5.00+, you will get a refund. Likewise, I keep the change for shipping and handling.

The customs form I must attach to your package will reflect the price you paid, and will be marked as “merchandise”. This information is systematically generated on the customs form and I cannot change it.
Is this a “gift”? Want to save time and money on shipping? I can ship directly to the gift recipient if you ensure to add or choose the gift recipient's address as the 'ship to' address on your order. I can include a gift receipt, and also a small handwritten note card with envelope free of charge with your message. In the "note to seller", be sure to type "GIFT", and include the message you would like me to include. Please keep the message short as note card is small.
Additional Policies and FAQs: Please keep in mind that you are purchasing vintage and antique pieces that are more than 20 years old. I have taken great care to select only gently used items and I carefully inspect each piece before listing and again while packaging them for shipment. If there are any sizable scratches or wear on the merchandise I will note this and photograph it for you to view before you purchase it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 3 days of receipt and I will do everything I can to help. Again, please be sure you read the description and examine the photos carefully before you order.
Color Variations: While I strive to take pictures that display accurate color tones, please keep in mind that viewing items on a computer/device screen with different settings can cause colors to appear a little different vs. the actual color tone in person.
