Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment but never on Sunday.
Books, Vinyl and CD's are shipped using USPS Media Mail to keep costs low. Media mail could take up to 2 weeks to deliver, however, I have found most deliveries do not take the full 2 weeks..
Items listed that do not qualify for media mail are shipped either by USPS Priority or Ground Mail. I realize the rates are high but they are calculated based on criteria established by the P.O. such as size, weight, and distance. A processing fee of 1.00 is normally included with the Priority and Ground Shipping charges to account for cleaning supplies, packing materials and fuel.
USPS Priority shipments are insured at no extra charge; if an item is damaged in transit we can work together to file a claim. If selecting USPS Ground, I will insure items over $50.
If a package is returned undeliverable because it was mailed to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay any additional shipping charges to resend the package. Please check the shipping address listed on the payment method that you use.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Kentucky residents: I have to collect sales tax and turn it over the the state.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If your shipment does not arrive in the same condition as described in the listing, please contact me WITHIN 72 HOURS of delivery to discuss a mutual settlement. The sale will be considered closed after 72 hours.
