It came so well packaged and is even more beautiful in person! I loved how securely it was wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and the ribbon and lace to decorate made it feel very special. Product itself was gorgeous and better then I imagined!

How long items will take to arrive ? These times are approximative so they may vary and are not guaranteed.
UK and Europe: 7 till 14 working days. Europe outside the EU: 7 till 21 working days. USA and Canada: approx. 7 till 21 working days. Australia and Japan: 10 till 21 working days. Rest of the world: 14 till 21 working days.
French KlimBim ships outside off France, till 2 kg, by Regular Priority Airmail. This service is called: "Petit Paquet Prioritaire" It offers no insurance nor tracking. This is the most economical way. The parcels usually reach their destination in 7 to 21 days,
French KlimBim ships books with the Postal service: "Livres et Brochures". This service is economic but might be longer. They usually reach there destination in 14 till 21 days.
However, please be aware that sometimes the postal service needs more time and some parcels can reach their destination after 28 days. Please be patient.
FrenchKlimBim ships parcels, more heavy then 2 kg, with a Postal service called "Colissimo International " This service is quicker: 4 till 12 working days. It offers tracking, a small insurance and needs to be signed for.
A note on shipping rates: We are sending most orders till 2 kg by regular priority mail, which offers no insurance nor tracking. If you wish an additional insurance and tracking for your order, please send me a message before making your purchase and I will send you a revised invoice. To the United States, and lots of other destinations, this will add about 3.50 € to your shipping costs for tracking.
For the cheap book option " livres et brochures " it's not possible to add any additional service for the moment.
Being aware of the high price our customers pay for shipping, we do our best to consider this costs, when we set the prices in our shop.

Yes, I will combine shipping for multiple orders. You can either send me a message via Etsy's conversations or convo feature so I can revise the shipping rates before you make your purchase, or you can go ahead and pay, and I will issue you a refund on your Paypal or bank account.
Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
I always refund overages on shipping costs, if they exceed 1€ or more, on your Paypal or bank account.

I will do a refund within 30 days after your retraction. If you decide to return an item, it must be posted as soon as possible. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging.

I do my best to protect the items I send, as good as I can, unfortunately it still happens sometimes that things arrive broken. In this case I will ask you to send me a photo of the broken item, after haven seen the broken item I will do a refund for the purchased item. Thank you.
Always in corporation with our only planet, I do my best to reuse existing materials like cardboard boxes for my packaging, off course this materials are checked and cleaned before use. Otherwise I use bubble plastic and packing peanuts to protect breakable items and fill up boxes. Thank you.
