The is an engraved cartouche with the initials "SWR". It has one blade and is hallmarked with three marks: an anchor, a date letter "F" (1873), and a third hallmark I cannot decipher -- please check the photos.
It measures 3" long when closed and the total weight is 31.98 grams.
Condition: The end of the blade is bent and misshapen.
