We ship USPS, all shipping payments must be made before shipping. We only ship within the continental US.. All products shipping cost are based off Size and Weight. We will ship your purchase based on the time frame listed on the item.

What happens if my product arrives out of condition shown? Due to possible damages that might be inflicted during transportation of being shipped, please take any pictures of instant time of arrival and send us a message. Upon receiving pictures we can further discuss refunds. Most of our products are custom orders which are made as is, with this being the case, refunds will only be issued when absolutely needed. We do ask that you fully read the size details before purchasing and make sure that the item is the size you're looking for.
If your tracking number shows it's arrived but it's not at your residence, please contact the shipping company immediately and file a claim with them. We're no longer responsible for your package after it ships out if it get's lost or stolen. You may add additional insurance to your package if you'd like by sending us a message and we can set up a custom order for you.
Are your flowers silk? Yes! All of our arrangements listed are silk flowers, we do however do fresh flowers. We offer many styles of fresh flowers in the state of TX or if we are hired to travel through the US. Contact us for more info or visit www.fountaindesigns.info
