Item details

Fantastic vintage box inset with mother of pearl on the lid, and containing a collection of vintage sewing items in shades of pinks and white.
Including a wooden Darning Mushroom, a brass thimble, needles in a paper packet, vintage wooden sewing bobbins, buttons, lace and trims.
The box has a mother of pearl inset in the lid and is crudely lined with pretty floral fabric and hand painted in a lilac shade. The lock area is damaged and has an area of missing mother of pearl inlay as shown. The base of the box is quite rough wood.
The sewing items are in good vintage condition, the needles are a little rusted.
Measuring approximately 7” wide x 4 1/4” deep x 3” high
