Orders will ship by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation after we process your order. You will received tracking number as confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Please make sure you have the right address on the Paypal account. Customer using Credit Card will be shipped to the address filled in the Etsy account.
For US shipping you will pay flat rate Priority on multiple purchases with combined shipping fees base on the quantity and size. These will be sent via USPS Priority Mail as the following: Small Flat rate Box - $6.50 (S/H) Medium Flat Rate Box $12.00 (S/H) All with delivery confirmation. .
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please NOTICE… As of January 27, 2013 the USPS shipping fee has been increased more than double.
International packages cannot be track. Your package may take a while to get there possibly 3-8 weeks depending on your country may be delayed by customs processing. You are responsible if you would like international insurance since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
International packages may incur fees, duties, taxes and or charges by your countries customs. These charges are not included in the listing price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt. We disclose the value of the order on the customs forms.
We cannot track the package after it leave USA to destination country. We have received a couple bad feedback from international buyers and it isn't due to our fault but to their postal carrier. So, we decided not to listed some items to International buyer unless you willing to pay the insurance.
We accept Paypal and Major Credit Cards. Order will process as soon as the payment are received and send the next morning. For large quantity order may need another day to ship out. You will get the tracking number within 24 hours after the payment cleared.
Texas Resident must pay 8.25% sales tax. If you have Texas Tax ID certificate please e-mail me your copy before purchase so I can reserved your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Using the packaging guideline, hopefully the merchandise safe to the customer. If package received damaged, please contact your post office. We may not be able to file complaint since we can not show them the damage. Please send the picture of damage item, we may be able to replace or credit them to the next order.
