Sometimes I will use recycled boxes, IF your order requires a box. If you prefer something new, please tell me. Jewelry is shipped in a new bubble lined envelope or if you prefer, a gift box.
I accept paypal as my PREFERRED payment, but will accept postal money orders if you talk to me first.
I expect payment through paypal on checkout. If your having trouble checking out...I will be glad to help you. If there is a specific problem, I am always willing to work with you as long as I am notified within 3 days by convo. If I do not hear from you in 3 days, I will cancel sale and leave negative feedback.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
DAMAGE: If an item is broken in shipment, I will require it returned to me for repair...I will not replace/repair it without proof. I will NOT repair or refund for anything you did to the piece, such as improperly clean pearls etc.
REFUNDS: I will refund your money (minus shipping) provided the item is returned to me in the same condition as it left me. It must be returned to me in 5 business days. I will NOT refund anyone without first having my item back, many of here have been ripped off by scammers, so please understand. Thank you.
LOSSES: I am not responsible for loss of packages in the mail IF you do not want me to purchase insurance at an additional cost.

FAQS: Will your alter customs forms? No this is illegal and I cant do it.
