All US packages will be shipped through USPS First Class. All US purchases will be shipped with a tracking number.
We ship internationally. However, the customer is responsible for any fees or taxes that may be enforced by customs. Usually international shipping takes about 1-2 weeks, however it may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. I do not issue any refunds for non delivery on Internationally shipped items as there is no proof that the item didn't arrive to its destination.
All items shipped through the US or Internationally can be shipped Priority or Express. Convo me for prices. If you decide to add the upgraded shipping I can set up a reserved listing for you.
I will provide you with a tracking number, as long as the tracking is active with the US Post Office, I am not responsible for any shipping delays or any loss of packages. The post office is responsible for those things. I have no control over your package once I hand it to the postal service.
If you are not comfortable with US Postal service, I can ship through carrier of your choice. Please contact us if you would like to use a different carrier other than US Postal Service.
I accept Paypal or credit card for your convenience. You dont have to have a paypal account to use a credit card payment through paypal, you can checkout as a guest.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I can take returns on non custom orders as long as they have not been used. The customer must contact this shop within 5 days of receiving the package to request a return.
