US Orders: I ship all of my items via usps first class mail or priority mail. You will receive a notice with tracking number after the item is shipped. If you want to upgrade your shipping method or purchase insurance, please contact me in advance. Knit Play Love is not responsible for delayed/lost packages.
International orders: I ship all international orders by usps first class mail, if you would like priority shipping with a tracking number, please contact me for shipping rates. Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Shipping upgrades: If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact me and I would be happy to do this for you. If you are an international buyer and would like priority shipping with a tracking number, please contact me for shipping rates.
Returns & exchanges
I create all items myself, so I also quality control them, I hope everything that is bought and sent is just as described and shown in my listings. I will work with you in advance to assure the best fit for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me so we can work out a resolution. Due to the fact that most items are unique custom made pieces, I do not accept returns. If the item is not exactly like you envisioned, please send me a picture you wearing it, indicate what does not meet your satisfaction and I will make another item for you. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment. Shipping fees are not refundable. There are NO REFUNDS ON PATTERNS.
