We aim to ship out all orders of in stock items within three business days after payment confirmation. Orders can be shipped from our Singapore or Thailand fulfillment centers depending on stock availability to ensure the speediest processing of deliveries. All our orders are shipped using either Singapore Post or Thailand Post Priority Airmail. Most shipped orders include a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your package at all times.
Priority Airmail Registered Articles – Orders shipped using this method are at a flat rate of US$2.69. Package tracking numbers will be maintained on our database. Please contact us via Etsy Convo if you need your tracking ID. This shipping method does not have any guaranteed delivery dates as local customs processing time are unpredictable, i.e. actual delivery can be more than 4 weeks. For guaranteed delivery dates, use our express shipping. DHL Express – Use this method if you need to receive your package by a certain time. This option comes at an additional US$65 per parcel but is provided free of charge when your order value exceeds US$300 in a single receipt. To use this mode of delivery, please contact us separately via Etsy Convo.
We do not provide refunds for undeliverables relating to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages. For replacement packages, additional charges will apply. Please double check that you have given us the correct address! We will have to re-charge you for shipping if the item is sent back due to being given an incorrect mailing address or your item is left unclaimed at the local postal service. Once we have sent out your package, it is in the hands of the postal services and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

IRONING ON MY PATCH Best effect on denim or cotton fabrics. Check care label if garment can be ironed. Set iron to “Cotton” and heat for five minutes. Position patch on fabric, embroidery side up. Cover with scrap fabric. Iron over patch for twenty seconds. Turn garment inside out. Press down firmly for another twenty seconds. ENJOY YOUR NEW PATCH! CARING FOR MY PATCH Turn your garment inside out when washing. Use a gentle wash cycle with cold water . Do not bleach.
