Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*We do our best to provide a detailed description of our items, and are happy to answer any pre-sale questions. Keep in mind that each of our products are made from real hardwood. Each tree is different and the grain lines and patterns will be different in all of our products. Please understand that we do not issue refunds for personalized or customized items under most circumstances. Usually only for mistakes in the spelling on the engraving and only if it is our mistake. If you approve the proof then it is not something we will refund or exchange. * If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 24hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. *Please do not give a negative review until you contact us with any problems with your order. *If the product is damaged when you receive it contact us within 24 hours and send a picture and we will send you a new product out asap.
Shipping will not be refunded. If a buyer returns an item they are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you request a proof for your item before we engrave you must respond with-in two business days so we can get your product shipped to you in a reasonable amount of time. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that we may work with you to correct any problems.
