These are some of the raw driftwood pieces I found on the beach near my home in the Pacific Northwest. These are all pieces of bark. The larger one and two of the smaller ones look like driftwood fish, and the other smaller ones could be carved to look like fish. They have been sitting on a shelf for a number of years with other pieces of driftwood that the surf and sand carved into art.
The largest of these driftwood pieces is 5.5 by 2 by .5 and weighs 1 ounce, and the smallest is 3 by 1.5 by 1 and weighs .3 ounce. Together they weigh 3.1 ounces. My only alteration was to brush off the sand. The color you see on the screen may not be the exact color of the driftwood.
Whenever possible the driftwood pieces are shipped in recycled packing materials. This helps keep the costs down and our environment healthy.
