I will process (that is send) items in 1 - 3 business days after payment received.
I normally post international packages using standard La Poste shipping with simple tracking. This usually takes 14 - 20 days to the USA for example, it is sometimes quicker than 2 weeks but if held up in customs may take 3 to 4 weeks and occasionally a little longer.
I do not give guaranteed shipping times, however there is a faster, tracked, signed for, service for example 7 - 14 days to the USA. and Canada. please select the quoted upgrade shipping for this service.
Sometimes I can find a good deal on shipping with another quality courier. If this happens I will refund any excess shipping paid. As their prices vary at different times and for individual countries it is not possibleQ to quote these prices at checkout.
If there are several items being shipped together, I will combine the items and refund any excess shipping paid.
Cards and sometimes other small items are posted using standard shipping with no tracking unless upgrade is selected and I will then send with tracking number.
Books are sent by a special shipping method, this allows for good shipping costs but there is no tracking.
Any customs duties or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
I often use recycled boxes for environmentally friendly reasons.
I accept payments through PayPal and Direct Checkout.
Credit and Debit cards can be processed through Direct Checkout or through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

As items are vintage I will always endeavor to describe them as clearly as possible in the listing. Please ask for additional information if unsure.
If there is a problem with an item please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss and resolve your concerns.
If an item is damaged in the post please photograph item on delivery and contact your postal service.
If a signed for package is damaged, please examine contents prior to accepting and ensure any concerns are documented with shipping provider as this aids insurance claims.
If returning an item buyer pays return shipping, unless item was not as described.
