You're paying for 8 buttons. The extra 9th button is on me.
The front and back have been sanded silky smooth. These are all handcrafted by me. They have two holes. The bark has been left on for a more rustic and natural look. They are consecutive cuts off the same tree branch. I finish them with natural tung oil which preserves and protects the wood. You will receive the buttons pictured here. I take the time to photograph each individual lot so you see exactly what you're getting.
These measure all pretty close to 1" or a tad larger at their widest points, and are approx. 3/16" thick.
I take a lot of pride in my handmade buttons. No horrible looking saw blade marks, smooth sanded beauties, and super fast shipping are what my customers have come to expect.
Please take a look at my feedback to see what my past buyers have to say about my buttons.
As most of my items are small, I use the USPS and generally First Class or Priority mail. If you need something more quickly you can, at your expense, upgrade to Express mail. Although I do not require insurance on orders. If however the post office loses your package or does not handle your package with care and the item is damaged in transit I cannot be held responsible. Insurance is CHEAP ($1.00 for insurance per $20 dollars of value) so why not protect your investment?
For my international buyers, know that I will not fudge (lie) on customs forms. Whatever is in the package will be noted on the customs form. I go to town three times a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Those are the three days I ship each week. So if you buy something from me on Sunday and pay me on Sunday your item/s will ship on Monday.
For payment I accept cash, checks, money orders, and pay pal. Payment is required within 7 days of your purchase. If for some reason your payment will be late please have the curteousy to let me know. After 7 days I will relist the item on Etsy and will not allow you to purchase from me in the future. I charge NC Sales tax to NC residents.
Returns & exchanges
100% customer satisfaction is not my goal, it is my promise to you. Selling my wares on Etsy is not my occupation, it is a hobby. Hobbies are supposed to be fun. Fun for you and fun for me. To that end, if you ever receive anything from me and are not totally satisfied, simply return it in the same condition in which you received it and I will issue a full refund less the shipping cost. However, if you purchase an item and opt not to insure it and it's damaged in the mail I cannot be held responsible for this item. I only accept returns of unused and undamaged items.
Insurance is CHEAP costing you just $1.00 for insurance for every $20.00 in value of product. So if you buy for example a set of cufflinks from me your cost to insure them would be only $1.00 So why not protect your investment?
If I can ever be of assistance to anyone, whether you have a question about woodworking, or want me to make you something special, feel free to contact me. My regular email address is email@example.com, or you can contact me through the Etsy conversation tool.
