As I will be shipping a variety of different items, I will ship via the most cost effective method. That may be parcel post, first class or Priority flat rate box. Or UPS.
If you would like tracking or insurance, please convo me and I'll invoice you via PayPal.
I go out of town for brief excursions often and do not live near a post office so I tend to go to the PO twice a week, or so. Please convo me to arrange expedited shipping. I will invoice you via PayPal to include this in your shipping charges.
If I've overestimated shipping costs, I will refund excess shipping charges, over $2, when I know the actual shipping charges. This is common when multiple items are ordered.
I'd be happy to ship beyond North America so convo me for specific rates. You are welcome to contact me for specific charges to your location and items.
I use PayPal and would be happy to invoice you for your specific order for accurate shipping charges and to verify that I can get it out immediately if you need something in a hurry.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Usually with returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the item(s) need to arrive undamaged prior to a refund. If the buyer receives item(s) that are damaged in shipping, please contact me right away and we will arrange replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
