This is a vintage 1960s McCall’s pattern no. 7475 for a preteen dress with a choice of two skirts.
Dress with dart fitted bodice and three-piece flared skirt, or five-piece skirt with two underlays and pleats at front. Flared skirt is lined with interfacing fabric. With pleated skirt, dress has three-quarter length set-in sleeves, buckled belt. Dress with flared skirt has short sleeves and a tie belt. Either version has sent her back a zipper.

Pattern has been lovingly cared for and all pieces are usable and intact. Some pieces may need to be pressed out with an iron on a low heat setting. Envelope shows some signs of wear, consistent with age (tanning, tatters).
